How we protect your data: encryption, infrastructure in the European Union and restricted access.
Industry-standard authentication with strong password requirements, two-factor authentication (2FA), email verification, and sign-in with Google, Apple, Microsoft or LinkedIn, or with a passkey.
Your data travels encrypted and is stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services. Passwords are never stored in plain text. It is not encryption that only you can open: for the AI to summarise a note, our systems have to be able to read it.
BlaBlaNote runs on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland). Databases, audio, transcripts, files and backups are stored there.
The AI transcribes, summarises, prepares meetings and looks for news about the contacts you choose. Your passwords and payment details are never sent to the AI. Part of the AI processing may happen outside the European Union, always with GDPR safeguards: our AI transparency page explains it.
The files you upload are stored encrypted in private storage and opened through links that expire. The BlaBlaNote team only accesses them for support or security.
You can access, export, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to legal@blablanote.com, and we answer within one month, or three if the request is complex. If you delete your account, your data is anonymised and locked.
We apply security updates and keep improving our measures.
