BlaBlaNote is an intelligent app that helps you increase your productivity, primarily through processing voice notes in the language of your choice. BlaBlaNote helps you capture, transcribe, organize, and act on your spoken ideas. It uses AI to help you get the most out of your notes, transforming your voice recordings into structured notes, tasks, events, and more.

Simply record your voice notes through the app, upload an external audio, or copy & paste a text note. BlaBlaNote automatically transcribes your speech, organizes the information, identifies tasks to solve, mentioned contacts, and provides intelligent summaries. All your notes are searchable and can be easily shared with a click.

Both the BlaBlaNote app and transcriptions are currently supported in Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English, French, German, Italian, Greek, Dutch, Portuguese, and Swedish. However, for now, the website is only translated into Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English, and French. We are continuously adding more languages to both our website and the BlaBlaNote app, as well as to our transcription capabilities.

Yes, security is our priority. All your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using bank-level encryption. We follow strict data protection protocols including GDPR compliance, and you maintain full ownership of your content. BlaBlaNote runs on AWS cloud infrastructure with 24/7 monitoring and DDoS protection. We do not share your data with third parties, except for processing notes via AI; we guarantee that the provider deletes your data after processing, and does not use them to train their systems.

BlaBlaNote has a Free plan that costs nothing and never expires: you keep recording, transcribing, capturing from Telegram, and everything already in your network, and you do the sorting yourself. Pro costs €12 per month, or €9 per month billed annually (€108 in a single charge), and adds the work the assistant does for you: summary and key points of every conversation, tasks and contacts extracted on their own, briefs before each meeting, follow-up cadence, notes sent by WhatsApp or by phone call, the desktop recorder, and the MCP connection to Claude or ChatGPT. Every account starts with 30 days of Pro, no card required. Custom plans are available for organisations with specific needs.

Currently, it does not. Transcription and processing require an internet connection to access our AI models and ensure accurate results. We are working to add offline functionalities.

You don't need to install anything. BlaBlaNote works perfectly as a web application that you can access from any browser. However, for a better experience, you can install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on mobile or desktop, download our Android app from Google Play, or add our browser extension for Chrome or Firefox to quickly capture notes and information while browsing.

BlaBlaNote is designed from the ground up to work with voice. We transcribe, understand, organize, and enhance your audios with AI. It's not just a recorder or just a note app: it's your intelligent voice assistant, constantly adding new features to increase your productivity wherever you go. And furthermore, using your usual language.

Yes. You can share both the audio and the transcription, summary, or extracted tasks via email, private link, or even WhatsApp. You choose what content you want to share, with whom, and through which medium.

You can review and edit manually, or request a new transcription. You can also change the title, modify suggested tasks, change or assign new contacts, or redo the summary if you wish. You can also report errors to help us improve the system.

No. You can start your 30-day free trial without entering any payment details. Just create an account and start using all the features. We will only ask for payment information if you decide to continue with a paid plan after the trial ends. No surprise charges, no auto-billing without your consent.

You move to the Free plan, and nothing is deleted. Your notes, contacts, interactions, and tasks stay exactly where they are, you can still record up to 90 minutes and get automatic transcriptions, and search keeps working across all of it. What stops is the work the assistant does for you (summaries, tasks and contacts extracted on their own, meeting briefs, follow-up cadence) and the two channels that cost us money per use: WhatsApp and the phone number. Telegram keeps working on Free. Subscribe whenever you want and it all switches back on.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, with no questions asked and no cancellation fees. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and after that your account moves to the Free plan: your whole network stays with you, and only the assistant's work stops. There are no long-term contracts on Pro.

Up to 90 minutes per recording, which covers a full meeting, an interview, or a long conversation, not just a quick voice note. That limit is the same on Free and on Pro. If you already have the audio as a file, you can upload it instead of recording live.

You can upload most common audio formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, and recordings exported from your phone, voice recorder, or meeting platform. You can also paste plain text notes if you already have a written transcript. BlaBlaNote will detect the language automatically and process the file the same way as a fresh recording.

Your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland region). Storage, backups, and most AI processing happen inside the EU, and our smart search runs on our own private servers, so that data never leaves our network. This keeps your information aligned with European data protection rules and close to where most of our users are based.

No. Your notes, transcriptions, and contacts are never used to train AI models, neither ours nor our providers'. Because we are based in the EU, Google's paid-service terms apply to all of our Gemini usage, and AWS never trains on the content it processes. Our providers keep technical logs for a limited time solely to detect abuse, never for training. Your data is yours.

Yes. You have full GDPR rights at all times. From your account settings you can export your notes and contacts, request deletion of all AI-processed data, or delete your entire account. Deletion is permanent and applies to backups too. If you need help, write to legal@blablanote.com and we will guide you.

Yes. BlaBlaNote keeps your notes, contacts, and tasks synced in real time across the web app, Android, iOS, and the browser extension. Capture an idea on your phone during a walk, find it on your laptop minutes later. As long as you sign in with the same account, everything stays in one place.

Yes. The BlaBlaNote iOS app is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, with the same experience you get on Android and on the web. To capture from your browser, the extension works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave.

The browser extension lets you capture content while you browse without breaking your flow. You can save LinkedIn profiles directly to your contacts, clip notes from any web page, and trigger quick voice notes from the toolbar. It works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave, and syncs everything to your account automatically.

Yes. You can connect Google Calendar so BlaBlaNote pulls your meetings and prepares short briefs before each one, with context on attendees and recent interactions. Tasks and events extracted from your notes can also flow back into your calendar, so what you say turns into something on the agenda.

Yes to both, and by phone call too. Telegram is free on every plan: forward a voice message to our bot and it gets transcribed, summarized, and saved in your account, just like a note recorded inside the app. WhatsApp works the same way, and so does calling our number, but both are part of Pro (the 30-day trial included), because Meta charges us for every message we send back and a call costs four times what the same note costs recorded in the app. Sharing summaries and tasks back to any chat with one tap works on every plan.

Yes. You can search across every transcription, summary, task, and contact. Our smart search understands what you mean, not just exact words, so a query like "marketing people I met in Barcelona" actually returns the right contacts. You can filter by date, language, person, or tag to narrow things down.

Yes. Beyond the Pro plan, we offer Custom Plans for teams and organizations with shared workspaces, role-based access, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager. Get in touch and we will put together a plan that fits how your team works.

You can sign in with email and password, or with your Google or LinkedIn account. We support two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security, and we strongly recommend turning it on. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and we follow OWASP security best practices throughout the app.
